Rate Limit Standard response on place order

I do not get a standard error response when rate limit in place order is exceeded

expected response: { “status” : “Failed” , “code” : “429” , “name” : “API_RATE_LIMIT” , “error”:{…}}

received response: {“message”: “Invalid Input : Order Receieved 24 in a current second exceeds Limit 20 for user”}
