Experiencing downtime

Hi there,

I’m currently experiencing downtime when accessing the API resource endpoints and have been waiting for more than an hour. Is there any expected downtime per day? It began at 6:30 a.m. and will continue 07:15. Since I usually try to integrate or develop things in the early morning hours, it became like a blocker to me.

Is this expected behavior? If so, could you please add this to your documentation?

Currently, we have a daily system update protocol with downtime from 6:30 to 7:15 AM. Going forward, we are planning to conduct these updates earlier.
